Looking at Benjamin Franklin’s schedule, if an average college student followed it I bet their grades and mood would increase because of how active the brain and body is. The human brain and body are meant to be more active therefore being outside and being active extremely increases a person’s mental physical health. What I’m trying to say is being active is not a bad thing so try to be active and enjoy your time as your doing so.
The problem is, is that rarely will people have a consistent drive to do any of these things. There is a mountain of things that would benefit us in nearly every way, but we don't do them.

I procrastinate too. I am a human. I mean as a Asian just yesterday I studied 13 hours and I had gone out with family and watched a movie too that was 3 hours long not including the going and leaving time. I don’t think western education is that hard compered to us so just listen just study 5 hours a day. And no can stop you from topping

I really like the idea ok daily taking account "what good do i want to do today?" and at the end "what good have i done?" Just a simple way to be more aware and deliberate of want you want to accomplish with your time. I might start doing this, probably start small so things are achievable.
