Food in Mexico is absolutely stellar.. I live in California and Mexican food in the US can't compare to just over the border in Tijuana, even. Even people from Mexico cannot reproduce Mexican food after theyve crossed the border - you gotta be in Mexico
California by far has the closest and best Mexican food compared to the rest of the country. Mexico is a different story but California does a pretty good job at being diverse and having lots of great foods. You are welcome back to America anytime, you might come across rude people like any country but most people in America welcome foreigners and want you to experience our culture since our culture is basically just a mix of every culture there is
No one can boil/stew meat like the folks in Mexico :) looking forward to the series, Mexican food is really diverse as you say, it's not just tacos, even though the tacos are awesome

Also, here are so many beaches but the ones that are in Guanacaste are the best. The museums at San José and the Volcanoes are a must to visit!
Spent February 2020 in CDMX! It was an amazing experience. The food is some of the tastiest I’ve ever had! I was very adventurous with trying all their dishes…..like the crickets and ants! They actually are very tasty toppings.

that's it I'm moving to Mexico . as an Indian , the advantages I have are -relatively inexpensive and affordable food -the music and people are lively -the people aren't giants so i don't feel quite as small -and most importantly , the foods SPICY !!!
