- What to know before going to El Nido, Phillipines. I walk through the amazing beach hotel I am staying at known as "Golden Monkey" in El Nido Palawan. For $42 USD you get an amazing cottage right next to the beach; also it includes breakfast with fresh fruit. I show how close we are to the beautiful beach and all the rock formations. I take a walk through the Calaan beach in El Nido, Philippines and admire the amazing water and views. These el nido beaches are frequently rates best beaches in the world. I proceed to take a local tricycle taxi to a coffee shop known as"Kopi Bake". I have an iced latte and walnut brownie which hit the spot. I then walk around the market area by the beach looking for a tanktop that says El Nido on it, after some searching I find one that fits me properly and purchase it. These are my first impressions and what you should know before going to El Nido, Palawan, Philippines.

Check Vanilla beach its very near in your hotel and do island hopping, the beaches in those islands are prettier and stunning than the main elnido proper

Going to El Nido in a couple of weeks so thanks for the vid. Btw direct flights to El Nido are with AirSwift carrier. The pro is that it flights straight to El Nido. The con is that the fare is 2X or 3X more expensive than flying to Puerto Princesa

The place u have shown is not yet the best beach coron has to offer. U have to ride a boat and they will bring u to have an island hopping further and u will see the best there is.
