I feel like there's an awkwardness around this in general, cause it's not a matter of relatively silly, easy stuff like masks or no masks, vaccinations etc., but by taking a clear stance, you're affectively calling the other side defenders (knowing or unknowingly) of genocidal actions. these are half truths at best. There was never a debate (or a secret) in Israel if Netanyahu aided Hamas to retain power to weaken the PLO. But Dave Smith paints it like the intention was to fund terror. Hamas is the de facto government in Gaza, the whole idea was to slowly build up and strengthen Gaza economy slowly in order to make it not worth it for Hamas to risk dissident in its rule due to people having something to lose. I feel like there's an awkwardness around this in general, cause it's not a matter of relatively silly, easy stuff like masks or no masks, vaccinations etc., but by taking a clear stance, you're affectively calling the other side defenders (knowing or unknowingly) of genocidal actions.
