In my understanding he doesn’t mean buy a lottery he was just using an analogy that for example chances of my business is higher by starting one VS not. We should not be gambling and that’s what he also has taught us.

"Lottery" referred by him was to take risk in investment. I corrected it with taking well aware calculated risk rather than investing in "rigged lottery" uncalculated segments like Cryptos(which I literally wrote in 2nd line for duffers who are weak in metaphors, like you guys😂😂).
Buying Cryptos is like speculating on a rigged lottery and he actually advised financially illiterate youths to invest a small portion in Cryptos in one of his past videos.
