Nice tutorial. I’ve been playing with the rings for about 12 months now. I can do a 60 second hold with relative ease, however still working on my false grip for the muscle up. At 65, one’s never too old to get stronger.👍

I train with rings all the time. I do a lot of push ups, face pulls, reverse flyes.
I couldn't gym the last week and i haven't done ring dips for a while. I started doing RTO support and i felt an unreal stretch in my biceps. I have slight muscle imbalances and I realised that I felt my left was doing a lot better than my right side. My right had a slight bend in my elbow and I realised as soon as I RTO, the bicep stretch was insaneeee
My doms and pecs are on fire right now still

after you donate blood you will have less blood ofc lmao. So less oxygen will be carried around your body making your workouts more tiering and more difficult to recover. However your body will recover from it and will start making more red blood cells so a couple weeks later u should be good.

@@tredayy312 Yes, it's about 5 seconds in pushup position with RTO before my elbows start hurting outside on the top. Srange thing is I tried with pushup position higher rings and also with with feets elevated, it's still ~5 seconds in all positions. I can hold ~30 seconds support with rings parallel to my body. I read in another forum that it's good to hold support with parallel rings for at least 60 seconds before attempting RTO support. So I will just train harder before trying RTO for more than a few seconds.
