Great video. I would suggest removing the stickers before washing for two reasons, bacteria can hide behind them and it's easier when they're not wet. They become a pain when gummy lol!! I hope everyone is safe a well.

these muffins are so delicious! eating one now fresh from the oven 😋 my 2 yr old loves them too 🥰 I didn’t soak my rolled oats so I used a total of 3/4 C. milk in recipe and replaced ghee with melted butter, they came out perfect. thank you for sharing!

If you run out of wipes for the packaged items get a bucket with water and a bit of Clorox to it. Squeeze the white wash cloth off well and wipe. We can’t really find wipes anymore so we had to take it back to the basics lol. I’m definitely going to make these muffins soon.

lol I never go grocery shopping with my family I'm sorry I get stressed out my son and husband just rush me and question everything I get .. lol I sent him to grocery shopping and he came home with the stuff I usually by all different brands ..Am like no ur fired I go shopping for food you stay with the kids
In hour home back in Mexico we do the same thing.. im reading about the soap, and im open as you to better options... btw we rinse pretty good all the produce, and if we order some delivery food we change the conteiners and put in our owns... to avoid contact with any paper or disposable material... just to be extra safe.. regards from Nayarit, México 🇲🇽
Still catching up (I have got to turn on the bell). First, let me just say that you are my favorite vlogger at the moment. I wanted to let you know. Second, your cooking and household hacks are my favorite type of video from you (and the travel vlogs from a few years ago when you went to London and Paris actually made me subscribe after casually watching your vids here and there). I will definitely be incorporating that blender hack. Sometimes it is hard cleaning the blender lol. Your hack seems easy. Thanks! Third, I want to try cauliflower in my egg muffins. I usually use spinach. Fourth, Sebastian is so freaking cute saying "thank you mama." Fifth, I love the way you disinfect your groceries. I wipe everything down and even do a quick dunk of nonporous produce in a big bowl of a solution that I make and wipe with a clean cloth. Love the scrubby gloves. Oh and your hubby is awesome for doing the dishes! I hate doing dishes lol.
Cleaning is constant for me at the moment. I do the same with veg or fruit that have a disposable skin. I don't recommend the soaking in detergent, however; just scrub with it, rinse in cool water, then rinse in a vinegar solution, rinse again and you'll be fine. That is enough to break the envelope which protects the virus and destroy it. I think I'll forever be doing this, even after we get a handle on this current virus. Congratulations on your pregnancy, btw. Take care and stay safe.

Warm water mixed with baking soda or salt and soaked for 10-15 mins is the best thing to wash and it’s non toxic too

I use bronners hemp pure Castile soap. Or look into some Thieves fruit wash. Those are more gentle, organic and get the job done. 😊👍🏼💕

Please dont use soap on produce, alternatives are hot water soak and wash or wipe down with food grade peroxide

Liz if you toast the peppercorns in a pan before you put them into your shakers it gives the pepper SO much more flavor!

To disinfect fruits and vegetables, just put them in a bowl with water and a little be of vinaigrette and lemon.

The cdc and health food safety department have said to not use soap on produce. Not trying to be a snob but for some people it can be dangerous.

My routine is pretty much the same except I just use a bleach dilution on everything. Ugh can't wait for this all to be over!
Try washing fruits and vegetables with vinegar and water instead. Safer to do so.

Cross contamination is still an issue when you are using the same gloves that is touching the unsanitized items and rotating it around while you wipe.
