- Hi guys Happy New Year!! I have missed y’all so much! So this long break was so not on purpose! I did take a break during the holidays to spend time with my family but then I got hit with an awful virus, it took us all down including Sebastian. So the first thing I did was clean and disinfect our entire house! In this video I’m sharing with you how to disinfect your house after being sick, hopefully it’s helpful!

DIY Disinfecting spray
1 part water
1 part white vinegar
1/2 part rubbing alcohol
Few drops of dawn soap
20 drops of essential oil of your choice
Cleaning & Disinfecting Tips for your home after being sick
1. Wash and disinfect all blankets and bedsheets by washing in hot water.
2. Disinfect all toys by spraying them down with a DIY disinfecting solution, then you can wipe it down with a wet cloth right after it dries.
3. Wipe down all door knobs and handles and any surface that gets touch frequently with disinfecting wipes
4. Disinfect all remote controls and phones.
5. Disinfect the floors with a steam mop or you can also use the DIY solution.
6. Use fresh flowers or fresh plants to disinfect the air.

I purchased a cheap dual steam mop on Amazon, because I didn't want to waste money on an item I never used. OMG! It changed my life, and for the first time in 5 years my kitchen floors were perfectly cleaned + disinfected. 😍

Also, I use the same mixture! I just don’t use the vinegar part bc I hate the smell & I make sure to use antibacterial soap when I add the drops in. Glad you are feeling better, you look amazing! 💕🤗

Like that all the time! I always say too don't forget the light switch rd and door knobs. I love Lysol Max. I spray my sofas and mattress then I open the windows. I think having fun come in helps too.

Sicely-Una Lankford Organization and keeping up with cleaning routine including deep cleaning bathroom/tub helps VS doing everything at once after a long long long time. I have 5 children and teach them to keep up with cleaning. If they use the kitchen to make sandwiches or eat, they have to clean up after themselves. If they take out anything to play they have to put it back where got if from. They have to hang their jackets and not leave stuff laying around the house. I do my rounds around after kids shower to make sure it’s not a mess. I like waking up to a clean house therefore it has to be clean and organized prior going to bed.

Great video! A tip I learnt for disinfecting toys: Put them in the dishwasher and pour in vinegar. This obviously is not suitable for all materials. But for most toys (ie legos, toy cars, plastic anything...). It saves so much time.

🥰🥰lets all get disinfecting, I did that last night. Its a great practice especially with all those virus going around. After kids come from school even us adults, need to get clean clothes when arriving home.

Disinfection at home is very American and British thing. In other European countries (i used to live in four) doctors suggest to keep bacterias at home so children learn to stay in contact with them and build the strong immun system. Through CZcams i discovered Zoflora disinfectant and I love it now And disinfect my home too haha I wish i can clean so good like you 🤪🤪🤪
