i got one 2 weeks ago, really happy with it, i also have a suzuki v125 (1974) and this one now they're not that fast but a lot of fun and the seat is really comfortable better than the GS
I used to own a 1972 Suzuki rv 90 and a 1987 tw 200. Loved them both! Can't wait to see the review.
YAY!! Hope you get to test one!! Can't wait for the review!!
back in the 70s, maybe 1973, suzuki had a 90cc and a 125cc we called them dual sport, because the hed your 5 speed and then you could put them in low range when you went off road, and of course the wide tires for flotation. Nice to see they are back
It's about time the tw 200 gets a little competition !! Win for the short guys = )
Looks pretty cool, same msrp as the tw200 but fuel injected.
EFI may be an upside. Less wheel travel may be a downside...
ATVTV Aww, I didn't realize there was less travel. I just figured they would be about the same.
Close. I think the Suzuki is 5.3 while the TW is 6.3 and 5.9. Not much of a difference but percentage-wise ;-) it may be a something we can feel. We'll see.
Yeah, that could definitely make a difference. I know these aren't MX bikes, but lots of travel can make for a nice cushy cruiser. I'm looking forward to the test.
I agree. Even though I go slow a longer travel cushy ride would be nice. I have to say though, the TW seems just fine.
are you guys gonna take one offroad?
That's the plan.
Looking at those tires, I think it's aimed at the street market.
And no skid plate. Hmmmmm. Still gonna do it ;-)
HaHaHa! Atta boy!
it does come with a skid plate mine has one anyway!!
