This is going to help me out so much tomorrow. Thank you!
Yes! I'm happy this will help you out. Best of luck!
It’s the day before my unit exam, I have been out of school for weeks and never learned it. Thank you so much for making this easy and comprehensive, I think you may have actually saved my grade
Bro I’m in the exact same situation
@@kaptain-quakeNgl i am to but it’s worse lol I was really depressed and have been cheating in school because all I wanted to do was sleep but now I wanna change my life before it gets worse and it’s difficult :/
Teach me
my exam is in 30 mins and this helps alot
I appreciate the video; you definitely earned yourself a subscriber. Although I'm still a bit perplexed, this video helped guide me more than the other videos on CZcams. The other videos you see on the site about distributive property show equations but not the products, meaning they don't actually teach you how to solve it. Thank you.
Thanks for the sub! I have other videos like this on my channel if you need it. #MathStrong
I’m learning this in 7th grade and I missed this lesson cause I was gone that day. We have been doing assignments on this and I’ve had no clue what I was doing 😂. This helps so much! Ty!!
Thank you i needed this so much! Your the best teacher in explaining
Wow! That made my day!
You make things so easy! The problem looked confusing at first, but now I understand. Thank you❤😊
Helped me instantly! I have a test tomorrow, I never even looked over this unit. Now, I know it very well. Great teacher!
You got this! Best of luck on your test. Keep us posted on how you did.
@@mathissimple2 lol i forgot! but i got an a+!!!
you helped me pass my math test. Thank you so much! 😁👍🏽👍🏽
Awesome! Way to go...#MathStrong
i had a test and you just saved me. i had zero clue how to do this because i was away the day our teacher explained it to the class, but i found you,. and i think i might just pass the test now
He’s actually my math teacher he is pretty helpful
We’re not even learning this is class yet but I shall prepare just incase. 😎 I’m learning something new from every video here
Also it’s me canon

The eog's are coming up and I really want to pass the 8th grade. Thank you for your assistance.
Best of luck on the EOG’s…You got this! #MathStrong
My mom said you explain better than all the other people we watch and she said she would’ve done better in math back then if you did this
Thank you! Say hello to mom! It’s never too late to rock math!! #MathStrong
Is to late
@@mathissimple2I'm in math is so hard
im so grateful for finding this well teaching video, thank u so much sir this will help me pass my exam!!!!
All the best
Probably the best math vid I’ve ever watched. Thank you
Appreciate the comment! #MathStrong
I agree
ive never understood a concept so easily thank u!
You’re welcome! I’m happy this video helped you.
This is going to help me so much in my math exam today!
Best of luck to you on your math exam. #MathStrong
@@mathissimple2 Thanks! I just got out of the exam and I feel that I did a great job
You a real one fr
Thank you!
Thank you so much for that I’m going to do great at my new school
Enjoy your new school! Have a great year.
Bro thank you, I was out due to Covid and missed this lesson and this helps tysm
You’re welcome! Hope you’re feeling better and back to school. Glad to see my video helped during this time. 👍🏼
Sometimes I get confused with the subtraction sign and the negative sign😅
When you multiple or divide the "subtraction sign" is negative.
I hope that you have a very nice life. May God bless you.
Thank you! God Bless you as well. #MathStrong #GodStrong
Hey this was so helpful but what do i do of there is a queation like this, 4(2n + 3) =20n what do i do if there is N at the end of the number.
Check out our video on how to solve an equation with variables on both sides. czcams.com/video/TmKfGW9zvC4/video.html
THANK YOU SO MUCH.
You’re welcome…have a great year!
I aced everything I just missed so many days 😀
Ok how I use the distributive property if I have a fraction or a decimal or a negative numbers ?
You definitely want to get rid of the fraction or decimals first. Check out my playlist on solving equations with fractions. As for the negatives, distribute the negative to each number in the parentheses. Remember your tips when multiplying the positive and negative signs.
THANK YOU
ty this helped me so much
Thanks u saved me🙏🙏🙏
So happy to hear this video was a blessing to you!
Thanks so much, I have a math test tomorrow and you helped me realize where I was going wrong. Feel so relieved now that I know what I'm doing
Thank you for your comment! Best of luck on your test tomorrow. Be sure to let @MathIsSimple know how you did.
This helped me so much

I got it right but I solved it differently since I'm in 5th grade but learning some beginner 6th grade stuff.
All I did was...
1. I followed the PEMDAS order and solved everything in the parentheses first. I looked at everything and was like "Hmm, what minus 3 multiplied by 4 equals 28?" which is 10.
2. I remember that any number without a symbol that has an equation in parentheses in it means I have to multiply that number by the answer to the equation, so I did 4 x 7 which is 28.
So basically we almost thought the same thing but I didn't put all those negatives or do the "28 = 28" thing
Awesome! There’s always more than one way you can solve a problem in math. You did it! #MathStrong

Actually a good teacher
Thank you so much!
Your welcome
Thank You so much
You’re welcome! Happy to know our videos are helping so many students learn math.
love you man, skibidi w rizz fanum tax
♥️♥️♥️
helped me alot i have a exam in 2 days but my only question is what to do if it is positive 12
If it was a +12, then you would subtract 12 on both sides.
thank u thank u
You’re welcome! #MathStrong
Bro thank you so much
You’re welcome!
Dis video help me in test
you got a like and sub from me !
Thank you! I appreciate it.
Same here! I just think your videos are so clear! Tysm, I really hope your videos help me with my test score! (Positive it will :) 🙌🏾🤞🏾
@@techwithme1157 Best of luck to you on your test!
Thanks so much
You’re welcome! #MathStrong
Thank you so much teacher but I have a question if you please..
4(n-3)=28
Why can't we just divide the 28 by 4 first then add +3?
Will there be a difference?
I'm confused rather to use the distributive property or not beacuase some people say it's easier to get rid of the all the numbers outside the brackets first.
And thank you again💙
I love your question! No, your answer will be the same. You can divide by 4 on both sides, n - 3 = 7, add 3 to both sides where n = 10.
@@mathissimple2 Thank you so much💙and I really love and appreciate your way of explanation 😍
You have to follow the PE MDAS/DMSA operation left to right.
I know how to solve normal equations, I just have problems with problem solving, like I dont get which number do I put to make that equation
can u please answer, my exam is in Sunday
Problem solving videos coming out soon. Stay tuned!
thanks a million all of the others were too wordy
I appreciate it! Stay #MathStrong
I’m in 6th grade learning this 😂😂😂
You have been helping me out 😄❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I'm studying 8th grade math, cause I have a comprehension test for high school coming up. 👍
I have a question how do positive questions end up as negative answers example
2(3a + 2) = -8
I can’t find anything on yt
In the example you wrote down, if variable 'a' is a negative number, your solution will result in as a negative answer.
@@mathissimple2 ahhhh you responded I’m so happy tysm!
@@thebadboyblitzen1309 Did you figure it out though? :) Hope you did!
@@techwithme1157 yes I did actually :)
I don’t get it how do you 28-3=28 ?
28-3=28 is incorrect. He meant 10 - 3= 7 which you would do next is 4x7=28 just wanted to clear that up
Thank you so much I’ve been out of school for 3 months and just came back 2 days before a big math test 🫡
wait what if it doesn’t give a answer? (like just the equation)
If you don't have an equal sign (answer), then simplify the expression using distributive property.
noice vid
Thank you! I hope other Math is Simple! videos continue to help you in the future.
Thx dude
Is going to be good ☠️
10
If it is like this 3(×-3)=-7(×-3)
4n = 40
n = 10
Nicely done!
4n - 12 = 28
Solve for n
Waste of time, just do 28/4 and you get 7 so you know when you subtract 3 from a number u get 7 is the value of N so 7+3 is 10
