I worked in Chile for for a branch office and that's what got me curious about LatAm history. Schools in California barely covered Mexico, and Canada doesn't exist until we need an excuse to defend our healthcare system (which still falls flat but different topic). During my time in Chile, I did run into several of your Brief Political History videos, and watched some in Spanish to practice the language. This video, and another one about Ecuador essentially told me there's a lot I still need to see. I only spent my holidays in Uruguay, Argentina, and Peru before flying back to the US. I still need to explore all of Chile, but there's a lot I want to see in LatAm and videos like this really help give an idea of what to look forward to. They could work as tourist ads :)
