- What do you do with an extra laser engraver cnc machine kicking around the house? Obviously you turn it into some kind of drawing in the sand table that brings out your inner feng shui.

+10 points for admitting I need an entire wood shop to build this.
I don't know much about the laser, but you can get more silent stepper motor drivers for 3d printers. Like the TMC 2208 or 2209.
That is very cool. Great job and thinking outside the box. Hi from Ireland ☘️
Looks great. If you added some led strip around the perimeter, it would look cool in the dark on a dim setting, with all the shadows of the sand dunes and reflections on the bearing. Under lit would be cool too.
Mrs has been asking me about this for days now, this video really helps, thanks. I believe the reason that they sent you two laser machines is so you can give one away to your subscribers but you are too greedy and kept them both lol
Super clever man!
Definitely creative!
That's slick! Robots are taking over.
Found your DYI videos and love them. I just start woodworking and want to build few tool cabinets of my own. Thank you for sharing.
Another ingenious and fun project. Oh yeah, the table looks great too.
Would love to see what you can come up with for an automated kitty litter scooper. All joking aside, really nicely done!
I have nothing to say really, but I appreciate your content, and wish to help with the yt-algorithms.
That is really cool. Glad you made this.
Really Cool and unique project, looks fantastic. Great work. Awesome idea. Thank you.
Mindlessly intriguing
Very nice!
That is some pretty cool stuff. Thanks for sharing!
AMAZING, I'VE NEVER SEEN THIS
Very interesting video, as always!! Thank you for your projects, they're great.
Great project! Very cool idea!
Super cool project 👍
That’s pretty freaking cool!
such a neat project!
Great job as always!👍
Very clever idea!
Great job, this is so cool 😎.
Great Build! How about adding an old sander as a "clear" function?
That is a awesome job love it man.
That is so cool.
Brilliant!
Super materiał ✌️🤓pozdrawiam
Damn you are good this is one awesome project
Freaking awesome!
DAMMMMMM that was good!
Beautiful work, dude! It really turned out amazing! 😃
It would be nice if there was some kind of sand that "changes color", accordingly to the light angle... But I really don't know anything like that. 😕
Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Damn, you are good.
You are good
Great work! The only thing that, in my opinion, is missing here is side lighting, without which the drawing on the sand is hard to see. You can try hiding the addressable LED strip around the perimeter under the glass to illuminate the sand texture from different angles.
It's harder to see on camera than in real life.
Hello, and bravo for your work, amazing. I Don t know the aufero machine, juste à question, when the job is done, do we need a computer to run the table? Where is the code? In the aufero memory, on USB key? Thank you.
Kiss from France
I got the machine for free so it wasn't my first choice. It unfortunately doesn't have a usb / SD card option so does require a pc hooked up to run. If I did it again it would be a must to have sd card reader / run code off the machine directly.
Thank you so much for your answer.
OOC2.0 is a offline contrôleur, may be usefull in this case
Need like a shaker motor to auto clear the sand.
Cool project though. Who knew this was a thing.
get someone to hook this up to the internet, then we can all "print" on your sand table!!!
how much would it cost total if i made it
Only thing I would add is 1 or more small vibratory motors to reset it.
If you use baking soda instead of sand the features will be much “sharper”.
Great idea but wouldn't baking soda absorb moisture?
where is the laser machine
Maybe I can't recognize dignity because I lost it all when I started watching this channel
I want a divorce!
Why drill 4 holes in each corner, couldn’t you just drill 1 larger hole in each corner?
Easier.
@diy builds, I always enjoy your videos but your community feedback really sets you apart. Thank you for the good natured comment sparing.
Why do you talk so much in the video?
????
