My Order is #1251 on 26th February 2022 and as discussed over we e-mail we established that the bracket sent to me is defective and we agreed that it will be exchanged with latest version of the tensioner. I have been back in Amsterdam since late September (after an extended work trip to South East Asia) and have been e-mailing you for delivery address confirmation, but have received no reply. I hope that Easy Stringer is still in operation and can fulfil it's 1 year warranty by providing replacement as agreed. I really appreciate your reply with the delivery address confirmation.
