These systems have limited use, for solar farms the sunbrush is the real big dog, it’s been in use for nearly a decade with a solid back up service 👍👏👏👏

It is manual and cumbersome to put into different rows of panels

Interesting machine, I have two questions: how do you manage to clean the panels if the dirt is cementified due to air humidity and condensation? How do you clean the panels above the robots?

For the stubborn dirt, just clean it again and again. For the cleaning of the panels above the robots, please watch this video: czcams.com/video/M6UQ_IhSOz8/video.html

@@bosonrobotics1391 Thank you for the reply. If I have right understood, you have now a solution to clean the panels above the robots (well done).
However I am sceptical that just cleaning and cleaning again the stubborn dirt is a good solution, on one side for the required energy and material degradation, on the other side for possible damage to the ARC (anti reflective coating) on the surface of the pv modules. Do you have tested the effect of dry cleaning of stubborn dirt on the anti reflective coating of the pv panels?
Thank you in advance and best regards.

If you're in an area with humidity I don't imagine water shortages to be an issue.

    • @marcomalagnino2886

@@superleetmegapunx you can have high humidity also in the desert, during night for example. And during night it happens that the PV moduels reach a surface temperature lower than the aambient temperature. In case the surface temperature of the pv moduels is lower than the dew point temperature you have the condensation of the humidity on module surface which causes the cementification of the dirty on the module surface as soon as the pv modules seen the sun....

@@marcomalagnino2886 In the desert with high humidity, there's always heavy dew in the morning. The robot can detect the dew and start cleaning the panels with the help of the dew.

how do you move it from row to row? Can you put a video for that

This robot is designed to serve one row. If you want to move it, just move it with hands. it's very light and the 4-meter robot's weight is less than 50 kg. czcams.com/video/q_YHZ2Nnjpw/video.html
