Good explanation with experience.
Interested things in robot are
1:- Less weight.
2:- Use of feedback controller for each motor will be better option to monitor and predict the faults.
3:- Use of IoT.
Every product have cons, this robot also have some disadvantages.
1:- you have shown it in lab but not in site, I think in site you may know what actual problems you have to face.
2:- the cleaning quality not much better with nylon brush compared to microfiber.
3:- At wind speed 180km time, no need of cleaning, due to dust will fall on module.
4:- As you said, middle wheel you can adjust simply, but it's not possible for long row structure.
5:- the robot load on structure is not balance, it may cause the robot fall down during heavy wind speed.
I have given my feedback as per current robot market and their performance. So please take it in a good way.

An interesting concept indeed. But how does the robot stack up against the harsh weather conditions of the UAE? I see a lot of exposed DC motors and the electronics control unit doesn't look like it can be IP67 rated.... long term feasibility will be an issue.

all motors and cables are UV resistance ,control unit box made with IP 68 Box....also tested and certified....by TUV

Hope we get a cleaning solution for bifacial modules as well....
All the traditional bots are cleaning only the upper part.... For a bifacial the bottom part becomes a challange

Sir Dry cleaning robots is very efficient if talk in terms of water storage but when we talk in terms of the cleaning I don't think it is that much effective.
For example the bird's poop. The bird's poop is something which cannot be removed with out the use of water and proper brushing. I have personally visited many places where the solar system are install during my internship. And found huge bird droppings on the solar panels.
