I Love how excited you get on your excellent products. Will you be attending the solar seminar in South Africa this year

    Hi Keith,
Looks good.. Nothing really special when your SA suppliers are not on the ball.
ETAs are out... pricing is out. After sales services is delayed.
How about resetting your company's ethos first bud?
Maybe then, we as service providers and installers can have the confidence to promote the brand to another level.
    Look forward to your reply.

Keith. I concur with a lot of the comments made here. First of all we ordered our 2 x 50kw in October 2022 from our supplierin South Africa. We intended to build a 100kw system with 2 units in parralel. Promised date was 25 Nov, then 7 Dec, then 15 Dec, then 15 Jan etc. Eventually we received units only middle Feb 2023.
We were only informed in Jan 2023 that the units cannot parralel yet, and it now took you until until mid March 2023 to resolve this. Another delay.
So we were informed that one cam connect up to 10 units in parralel. Is this true? You little demonstation of 2 units does not prove a lot.
And now an absolute shocker is that each inverter in parralel connection must have its OWN battery bank, unlike any of your other inverter systems. Many an installer have already bought and installed the whole system, including a single battery. We were only informed of this requirement in the last week.
I am hugely disappointed in Sunsynk as a company

The lack of prior communication is always incredibly frustrating ofc. But I think if you looked at any other high voltage battery systems such as by Huawei, Sungrow, Growatt, etc, you might have seen this coming. All systems working on DC systems above 60V are all designed to run in single inverter connections. Not sure why, not an electrical or system engineer, but it's just the way things are.
The delays are a global phenomena at this point. The entire industry relying on Deye and Voltronic ODMs are experiencing delays due to record breaking orders from across the world. Anyone working with those systems should expect both supply shortages and delays. I myself had to fight to get a Voltronic 15KW for an year.

why isnt there like a setting where i can easily change profiles, like for example on cloudy days i want the inverter to only take power from grid and panels if any, then i want to switch to a sunny day profile, where the inverter can use battery power if needed for larger loads up untill 60% or so.... now i have to manually go and change that on the inverter battery settings everytime......

Why only 5 inverter? I would like to get to 500kW. Any possibility to have the smaller inverters (like the 16kw) also have each run with their own battery like these? I would like to have 4 or 5 different systems and just "tie" the outputs together to make up a bigger system.

Can 3 or 4 batteries set be connected to one 50kva inverter ?

How about 2 inverters on lets say a single HV 200kw battery?

When will the firmware be changed to allow one decent sized battery to run off 2 inverters in parallel?

Can you connect 2 battery banks of different capacities on the 2 different inverters? Say, in input 1: 200 kWh ~600Vdc and in the other input 100 kWh~300Vdc-?

I suggest you use rubber welding gloves. They will not tear and are very resistant to burns. The housewives gloves you have will tear especially as they perish

"And yes it works!" Proving that a 100 kW Parallel Inverter System works by running it 1% Load with a couple of light bulbs... No parallel AC input. Just batteries. And if you noticed, BOTH battery banks are at 50% SOC yet the second bank is discharging at 52% higher (02:25 - 02:50) !!! Not balanced at all - and only at 1% Load. This parallel functionality is 6+ months behind "promises", and now released with great fanfare but with a HUGE LIMITATION that it can't use a common battery system - like ALL other Sunsynk inverters that can. This video is going to raise a lot of questions. Let's wait for clarification on what this "beautiful monster" can actually do... (This is the tech version of a Dr Frankenstein and his "beautiful monster". Let's see what the common folk actually think about this...)

@@stefanrautenbach6550 Just another piece of "great news" from Sunsynk that has been kept from solar installers until the last minute, who already have sold these "solutions" to customers months ago, and now Sunsynk have found out they cannot get it to work properly. This "no common battery system" is a workaround for their engineering failings because they can't get their product to work as they've been bragging about for the past 6 months.

This doesn't prove anything, all the installers waiting patiently for the parallel firmware that was supposed to have been released end of Feb latest have designed around common DC busbar.
