  • Today we're cleaning up the corner of the "old city" in preparation for building/adding the Old Train Shed that is coming soon from the Bricklink Designer Program. This actually went really smoothly and vastly improved the look of this area. It is crazy how much just cleaning up a little bit can really turn an area around. I got all the track in the vicinity ballasted and good to go. I'm very quickly running out of ballast parts, so I will probably need to place an order to finish what is left, which is not much! The end of ballasting is in sight, and that makes me super happy after the headache this little S turn became...
Let me know if you have some ideas for what could go in that little space next to the switch and S turn! A little crew shack? I'm open to all ideas!

My name is Travis and I'm an AFOL! I've been serious collecting Lego since 2021. I collect a little bit of everything from Star Wars to Fabuland to Pirates to CMFs. My biggest continual project is my city. The city is currently about 112 baseplates and always in constant evolution. When I started out with the city it was 21 baseplates and I never imagined when I started it would grow to this size. My collection has quickly overtaken my office that I now call the Lego Room. My favorite themes are Vidiyo, Dreamzzz, CMFs, Pirates, and anything I can use in my city.
