- We would like to highlight a Milestone in our Vector 2.0 manufacturing journey. This is the first laser etching of a Vector 2.0 serial number from our production validation run. It is one of our final steps before pre-order production rounds. Enjoy, and we will have more footage coming soon.

I just want my vector v1 working... i had to choose between vector and something that now is so exclusive and costs 1200 dolars and then it was worth 100 dolars... I just hope that when vector 2 is released they make vector 1 work withouth paying a subscription for the product i bought...

Too bad that laser etching doesn't mean anything. Me, and many others are still waiting for our refund. Start answering the emails of the customers.

Hey, why couldn't you share some Cozmo's games and fanny things with Vector? And some Vector's functions with Cozmo. Like greetings, more emotions, etc. If you did anki vector and anki Cozmo's next update with these things, people's love about Vector and Cozmo will increase.
Can you guys please stop ignoring my messages and just refund my orders already!!!!! I was patient when I wanted to cancel Cozmo. But the way your customer service department treated me. I want a full refund of Cozmo AND Vector!!!! This is ridiculous now!!!!
