This is Ethiopian new year song.it is originaly sung by young Ethiopian girls on Ethiopian new year( which is celebrated on September 11 in European calander and September 1 in Ethiopian calander).basically young girls gather together and go to every house in their living area to sing the song titled
“abeba ayesh wey"(which nearly means have you seen the flower indicating the yellow flower that only blom during the new year) and TEDDY AFRO sang the song in his own style and made it brand new.By the way the video you reacted on isn't the full video
