should turn it up to 10psi if not 13 if you built it right it can take it and it should last given you do all your oil changes on time and learn to shift like a G , awesome build tho and thanks for sharing

lol Im with you there. Flat shifting is where it's at. But this was a brand new clutch so I was being kinda easy on it. This video was actually one of the first times the car had driven after being put together.
- S1K - I had a 435hp D15 CRX and I had it for 5 years. 20LBS boost, high rise cam, titanium springs, larger valves, billet rods, crank, pistons, deep sump system, air to air intercooler, oil cooler, trans cooler, driveshaft shop axles good for 700hp, racing clutch, 8lb flywheel, complete fuel system with braided lines. 6 speed trans and there's more. Best it ran was a 11.5.
honestly stock d15s hand low boost rather nicely. sometimes older ones do better to because of more clearances in the motor. but even if it blows after a year these things are everywhere and dirt cheap anyways. but bottom line is not everyone wants to dump 10k into a car. boosting a d15 is budget friendly and durable if done right. if you're coming here looking for crazy numbers id look elsewhere.

Didn't seem like he was nailing it really... granny footing... or the turbo is choking it at low RPM. D15's have a weird torque curve, sub 200HP without proper tune, a B20VTEC would probably outdo it. I do like the SOHC, but the ZC DOHC head is just bangers. Adjustable cam gear DOHC can squeeze a higher RPM range out of it.
Eventually wanna do a b18c swap myself... I'm running a d15b7 right now mostly stock && I love the sound of the d series. Nice Car!

In many countries engine swap is illegal. Here in Denmark they take your Car. Turboing is too

It looked really slow almost stock but I'm sure in person it moves a lot more than no turbo plus it's a lot faster than mine
DX transmission. That first pull was to at least 90-95mph in 3rd gear. The EX trans would make it quicker for sure.
