In fact, it can also be explained with a little musical theory knowledge. First of all, the melody of this song is less semitone, and the pitch material is very similar to that of Chinese pentatonic scale. Coupled with the rendering of guzheng timbre, it sounds ancient.
Omg this was such a beautiful version of this song not only did it make me think of Paul Walker again but it made me cry thinking of my close friend who also passed away in a car accident just last year.

Music is universal ♥️
Because other people hate asians.

Wow! This lady is definitely gifted. I love her interpretation and how she presents herself on the stage...maybe this rendition will change people's perspective on traditional music and this unique masterpiece..
hello How Are You doing today??
Yes you’re right, she’s very talented, how are you doing?
1:50 whoa! that finger movement is faster than speed of light 💯👀
😂
I always knew that See You Again had a Chinese tune/rhythm and that it would sound nice in Chinese instruments.
As an Asian American (Chinese) I am just smiling so much right now, seeing how she is bringing such a beautiful cultural instrument from China around the world to share its beauty and the absolute talent the Guzheng or Guqin instrumentalists are. My parents were thinking of buying a Guzheng to bring back to America with us - shame we didn't. It's truly a majestic instrument.
that wasn't a easy thing to performing by yourself in a different country,I'm impressed by your skill, nice job

Guzhang Maestro Strumentale - Bravo, France Bordeaux is very lucky for having LIVE Performances daily in the beautiful city, played by Maestro Jingxuan 🙏🎉✌♥
what a music with a mixture of culture between anxiety and modern.. love to hear.. ❤❤❤
I believe all of us can agree that it's very hard to not fall in love with your performance. The combination of the Guzheng and the modern music was way everyone's beyond imagination till you brought it to us. Thanks
I’ve seen a lot of street shows, and that is right up there with the best of them. It’s the east meet west, old vs new, yin and yang concept of the performance that makes it so unique and intriguing.
I can see why I am still enchanted by that part of the world, I have to go and say hello ASAP.
This proves that musical genres have no boundaries. Whether it is classical, traditional or western/modern music. There's always place between those genres that we can unify to create harmonious melody with respect of their styles ang usage.
I believe the average person no matter the nationality or political party wants the same thing. Just to live and let live. It's the leaders that lust after power and control.
Beautifully said guys :)
Attractive sounds perfect 🥰
Really this song helps me when I feel alone.....hearing your cover just made me emotional...thankyou🥲✨
Love from India 🇮🇳💜
What an awesome cover and happy to see her sharing her culture
"PENG Jing Xuan graduated from Université Michel de Montaigne Bordeaux 3 with Master in musicology last year. She is currently studying harp at Bordeaux International Music Conservatory. She hopes she will be admitted as a doctoral candidate at the conservatory this year."
