Where do we start to use theophyline etc
What is the reason of decreasing the dose of ICS from 400mg (TWO puff BD of BDP) per day in step 1 and 2 to 200mg per day (combination inhaler of ICS and LABA 100/6 1Puff BD) if the patient is uncontrolled at first place? Shouldnât the dose of ICS remain the same if itâs combined with LABA?
