  • This slow-paced 30-minute meditation practice takes us through the process of generating tenderness ("tsewa" in Tibetan) and then loving kindness ("metta" in Pali or "maitri" in Sanskrit) for ourselves, a benefactor, a friend, a stranger, and an enemy-and, eventually, all beings. With this, we connect more deeply to our own loving nature, strengthen our prosocial skills and habits, and also refine our ability to concentrate.
