Holy crap this ones an9ghtmare for my ranger.
Do ok until the last wave. Then i get murdered

I've done it a few times as Ranger with ~3k health. I use either the Flame Cannon or Magma Cannon and the Volcanic Napalm, then equip the relief assistance gear to keep allies alive. Just play near the NPCs so the enemies target them and place the napalm in the direction the enemies spawn from, reloading the napalm as often as possible and using the cannon if they start to overwhelm you. Hope this helps!

Found a much easier way (wingdiver)
Final days
Gleipner alfa
3000 core 200% wep speed
You barely have to move, your army easily stays alive if given some health boxes
Throw final days at the current building (often a little higher so you can walk under it, enemies still get hit), and gleipner alfa because why not, you dont need weapons xD
To be safe you can stand between the rays, but keep an eye on army health
Let the army do the rest
I die 1/15 cases because bad luck, 1600 health
