Out Here Just a SWATTIN'...Public Land Duck Hunting

Public land duck hunting in Alabama. Sometimes you just have to hit 'em with the ole water swat. The way I was set up and the way the birds came in just didn't allow for shooting in the air.

Where I hunt woodies, I end up having to swat some also. A lot of the ducks swim up on me in the slough. I look at it like… I can hide and be still enough to get them right up to me! Good hunt man!
