I just realized given her spider reference in her phase 2 boss fight, the X on arlecchino's eyes divides them into a total of 8 segments (4 per eye), and spiders have 8 eyes.

My biggest thing about Arrlechino’s boss form is that Daman said “Lyney and Freminet” have never seen that form.

Lynette was once kidnapped by someone. Arle went to save her. Lynette prolly saw her true form then when she massacred everyone there
Even though Arlecchino was gracious enough to adopt Lyney, Lynette and Freminet in their darkest times, I still feel sorry that she had to be their “Father”.
Lyney doesn’t want to become Arlecchino’s successor but feels like it’s his responsibility and duty because she saved Lynette.
Lynette feels pressure to impress Arlecchino and make her proud.
Freminet not being allowed to show emotions in front of her.
Yet they all feel that they must stay loyal to her because she saved them… it’s really tragic

I don't really know why they didn't explain Arlecchino's scythe/signature especially since they trolled every Albedo fab with the Chiori sig will be good on albedo last update but I'll explain things here for anyone that's curious
It's a polearm that becomes a scythe only when arlecchino is using it
I think what ppl want too know is do all polarms she's holding turn into scythe or just her signature. like is the animations part of her kit or part of the weapons kit
@@mrJones-ii7sh In that case It's just her signature weapon, the animation's are just the black and red pyro effects for the infusion
@@mrJones-ii7sh to answer the question, other polearm get this yellow ghost scythe that overlay the non signature spear. She will still have the same animation.
They reason why they didn’t say anything is because if they did, it would literally let everyone know it’s a “Get this character *and* their weapon.” type of deal. You need both Arlecchino *and* her signature weapon in order for it to transform into a scythe. She cannot transform every weapon introduced a scythe the same way her signature weapon cannot transform into a scythe if it’s not being wielded by Arlecchino herself. You need both pieces to get the effect.
In simple terms: It’s ✨ FOMO ✨

14:20 the weapon only becomes a scythe if ARLECCHINO has it equipped. for every other character it looks like a regular polearm.

So her weapon is a scythe but only when she uses it, I think? Its just a polearm if someone else uses it.
Yes if she uses any polearm it gets like a scythe skin
normal weapons get a yellow ghost scythe on them
Correct. Any polearm she uses gets a golden, transparent glow to look like a scythe so it matches her attacks. Her signature weapon is the only one that fully transforms into a scythe though.
I played all of sumeru in the korean dub, so hearing about cyno's korean VA passing im definitely playing in the korean dub for this story quest. I love cyyu so ill just rewatch the quest when bran and cyyu plays it ✨️

I just want Hoyo to make a quest where you go back to Inazuma and everyone is freaking out b/c the shogun is just gone........and then you find out she was just hanging out with Itto all day doing random silly activities. Meanwhile, Itto somehow has no idea the shogun is the shogun and doesn't find out till the end.

Arlecchinos weapon is a spear, but arlecchino has a unique mechanic that turns any spears into a scythe for the animation.
The red scythe with blood is only if you have her signature weapon
Nope only her signature weapon turn into a scythe all you have for other spear is the ghostly form of an scythe at the end of the spear that is barely visible

By far my favorite Genshin Update next to 4.2
For this Windtrace i recommend the perks Sprint Burst, Iron Will, Diversion, and Prove Thyself.
A little thing I would find so cool for the story would be characters from different regions interacting. Not only on events. For example, if in Fontaine they needed a botanist they would call Tighnari.

Actually its even easier now, sinve you can just go to Hoyolab and just click the redemptions code activation button under the genshin tab, which takes less than 10secs.
This is the best patch since 4.2. As expected of the patch with Arlecchino in it.
The fact that Arlecchino's ult can reset her skill cooldown and she can use pyro infused normal attacks to reduce skill cooldown, combined with the duration of her pyro infusion being based only on her current "Bond of life" amount (which can also be replenished by attacking enemies with "blood-debt directives") is insane. Theoretically... you could have practically infinite up-time for her pyro infusion as long as you keep the assault going.

So, in addition to the Comedia de Arte inspiration, Arlecchino also has Masque of the Red Death inspiration? Interesting. The Sephiroth similarities are probably no coincidence either. Kinda of reminds me the connections between the Balladeer and Bohemian Rapsody.

Funnily enough i also missed last stream because i usually watch bran's reaction to it and i just knew about the livestream a day after (when all the redeem codes expired sadge). @@baronsionis68554.5 wasnt bad, but probably the worst we got in quite a while, but hey atleast it brought me to a total of like 64 pulls, by the time 4.6 drops, i will probably have around 80 pulls. Also im on 57 pity and on guranteed, so i will probably go for Arlecchinos weapon if a get her in one ten pull. So all in all, 4.5 was good for Primos.

@@rioshin8209 I simply said my opinion, and it really wasnt horrible, was mid overall, good Story Quest, and one fun event, everything else was meh, not as bad, but not good, just mid. The only reason i even say its mid, is because the Potion event kinda saved from being a total desaster, since it had a nice atmosphere and was chill, the other events were too boring and so short i legit cant even really remember, they were so unintresting.
Can't wait for Arlecchino, im basically guaranteed to get her since i lost the 50/50 back on Xainyun and failed to get Chiori so my pity is extremely high rn

I got spoiled by leaks in a short one time and just decided, screw it, may as well just find out everything I can about her as a character (I’d been spoiled on BOL mechanic and her NA/CA animations). There have been some changes since the leaks, which I like though. I really hope I get her, I’ve done too much prefarming not to.
Edit: While I’m happy to get new Story 2’s for characters, I’m still annoyed that we have no Venti Story 2 yet, nor any Monstadt Story 2’s
