A tip with helping reduce watching CZcams is putting on the setting colour filter and changing it to grayscale. This makes your screen black and white which is really helpful in keeping you away from your phone. I have experienced all of the things you said about watching youtube constantly and rearranging apps to break the habitual opening of apps. I removed Instagram from my home page because I used to open it so frequently and it surprisingly worked. One thing I did for limiting my youtube usage on phone was removing the shorts feature. And it reduced my youtube usage on phone significantly, although I have been watching youtube a lot on my laptop now 😅 So that's something to work on. Really love watching you play or talk in general because there is something capturing about the way you 'yap' lol ♥
