It’s amazing how depression can effect someone’s will go take care of themselves. I had the opposite problem when I was battling depression, I stopped eating. I’m already a thin person, by the time I came out of it, I was 6’1 and 135 lbs (down from 165 lbs), looked like I hadn’t eaten in weeks. ☹️

This was almost 10 years ago, I’ve been fine ever since. The whole thing was situational as a result of moving out for the first time and not having my parents near by for support. But yeah, I lose my appetite when I’m stressed/depressed.
