i always wondered why chrome covered more space than others.
My homie was able to make a wholecar using only two siover 600molotow. Using more fog than solid fill but still impressive...
Higher pigment concentration
Higher pigment also its metallic so its kind of a illusion if u do dusty fills

Would love a video that helps to explain caps better. How to tell them apart and the different lines they make. There are many videos that hold the caps up to the camera but it's hard to tell some caps apart unless you know what you're looking for.
Compare another cans: mtn hardcore/94, montana black/gold/white, kobra, loop, clash or rust-oleum pls
Look on Spraydaily, search "what's your paint".

this is super nice video for me because im starting doing graffities with cans and now i know how much those cans cover space :))
I would have thought that both burner cans would cover the same amount of space given that they both have the same pressure and same content .. weird how the chrome managed to cover almost twice as much space though.. Also thanks Doke for confirming the myth that a skinny cap saves paint. I never actually tried it but always assumed a skinny cap saves paint until today.. been painting for more than 6 years now and I just realized after watching your video that I've never actually tested it out. Also I know that Bombing Science doesn't ship internationally so how are you getting your cans sent to your country ?

that's because pressure in the can because a big cap takes a lot of pressure wakes up and a thin cap takes less pressure away so that's not so much with a thick (big) cap but in the can is still color

For a fair comparison you have to use the same color.i mean everyone knows that red doesnt cover as much as a purple or black.for a fair comparison you have to use different brands but same colors and can sizes.😉

For a fair comparison we'd need to replicate the test conditions in an exact manner identically numerous times. This was just to give people an idea of the average area for those can/cap combo's.

Interesting Idea for a test, but you used sadly only cans from Belton/Molotow incl. Flame for the test. For an objective test with regard to range you need much more cans like from Montana, MTN, Loop, Kobra or Ironlak for example. ;-)

Why did the chrome last so much longer than the black? Was it a different cap? I'm trying to get in to street art myself and wanna get a better understanding.

For me, it's good to know how to JEEP a Piece. Just enough essential parts... Cans are all cleaned up wearing nitrile gloves so when it's finished I can just ditch the used cans and I don't have to worry about getting caught red handed. So thanks for the good content as always.
Chrome paint def covers much better than anything! That's one reason it's often used in Throws...
Curious.. I do Understand why you used it.. but you called the Large "Chisel" cap a "Fat Cap"..... When I think "Fat Caps" I'm thinking: NY's, Pink & Orange dots (CAN-Killers), or Astros.. but whatever...Adorable dog!

Do they make fan tip spray caps/compatible? not big spray, just fine spray for delicate works that need low pressure but the high quality paint.
I only use silver and chrome because it covers more and goes a longer way. 1 chrome can will render me 2 good sized throwies. 1 black montana 400ml will give me up to 3 good outlines on throwies with a good amount of shading. All in all, my throwies are costing me about $5.00/USD lol. SILVER/CHROME IS THE WAY TO GO IF YOURE a quantity kinda man.
