- Hi just a quick update video showing the new cheetah pounce, run speed changes for cheetah plus a few small changes for the lion.

This will make hunting much different for cheetahs, I've always had trouble going too fast against slower animals. Now we have more control!

I've noticed C speed is quite faster than X speed. Which is great & the fact we get different types of speeds is awesome, cheetahs will be able to catch their prey and match the same speeds as them but just a tiny bit faster/slower. It's more helpful now cause Impalas were kind of hard to catch with only X speed now that we have C speed we'll be able to catch up to them!
Yes it makes the cheetah hunting so much better :)

Hunting as a leopard is near impossible cause most of the times if u land the pounce u won't get it in the green and end up going hungry
There is less prey around for leopards, as most people are buffs, lions etc. I will be doing a leo gameplay sometime soon
I usually don’t struggle hunting with the leopard (maybe it’s because I’m a god at hitting skill checks but that’s a bit besides the point) as usually there are enough animals you can pounce on in the servers to not starve (if you don’t stay in one place 24/7, that is) and trees are common enough to serve as escape routes for failed “big game” hunts. The only thing that’s missing to make the leopard completely unreliant on individual server ecosystems to survive successfully is the ability to drag kills up trees, and a better eating hitbox
Hopefully ludi brings pride rock back ( and hopefully makes wild savannah for all devices )
I think he already said it'll only be for pc bc he doesn't want to make controls for mobile etc

What brand of computer do you play on? I want to play this game but the only laptop I have glitches to much
All these recordings were done with an 8gb ram pc, 1050 Nvidia graphics card. i5 intel. It isn't a super fast pc. Sometimes it lags on public servers but can use 10 graphics all the time. I would get a bit better than that though.
When you pounce,what's that thing on top of the hunger thirst or stamina like it pops out when you pounce
Hi, it is the mini game for the pounce. When you pounce (right click), you then need to left click when the slider is in the green area. If you get the slider in the green, you will be more successful in the pounce than if you don't. Prey can also improve their chances by hitting green too. The speed of the slider varies depending on the animals

@@capebuffalog There will be attacks for each animal which is like what they do irl. It won't be the same as Testing C but I think the lion will have some very realistic attacks

I have a question did the cheetah speed stay the same? In the discord it once said that cheetahs are slower now but did it mean that the speed is changeable with C or did it mean that the full speed is slower
The cheetah looks rlly bad when it attacks also the impala should have been one shot unless they added a kick from the imp to get the cheetah or else it just looks weird
When you play as a big cat you can cancel the pounce by pressing 'b' so that first bit, they weren't attempting to kill the impalas
male impalas irl are not that easy brought down by cheetahs but females are, impalas may look safe to kill for a cheetah but if a male manages to impale near the leg or chest its game over
Like Ocelot said. The game is a *work in progress* so it's not quite accurate yet
There won't be "one shots" in the future at all. You will eventually have to grab onto the neck manually and wait until the prey gets choked out. The way the pouncing works in the game right now is only temporary. It will be a lot more dynamic. Also, the cheetah looks bad when it attacks because the animation is from the lion. I have not created an animation for the cheetah yet.

How to play the Testing A of Wild Savannah (W.I.P)? Needs to be a Tester? Ok. But how?
No, You don't need to be a tester. The game is on a app called roblox to access wild savanna u need a good computer with a lot of gibs. Phones, tablets and bad computers cant handle all wild savannas graphics. I hope this helped I hope to see you playing wild savanna soon!

No it is pc only. Have you tried Cenozoic Survival? it has mobile gameplay

Right click, but you must be near prey and also be attacking something the game lets you pounce...eg lions can pounce anything, but if you are a cheetah you can't pounce a lion.
