I drive for them. The website said local drivers make 110k. But truth is local drivers get like 35 an hr. Overtime daily after 8hr. Double time after 12 hr. Most local drivers are making 130k.
Team drivers are out 5 days then off 2. Low production drivers are making 135k. I run 2 weeks out 4 days off. I have already made 90k so far this year. My co driver and I are one of the top mile teams in the west.
So we get miles pay. But we also get hourly when we go on duty. We also get meals money. On top of that we get paid to reset in the field. They issue you a company credit card. With that you pay for hotels and even showers at the truck stops.
We have a pension but also a 401k. Your 1st year, your vacation pay is paid (80 hours) at the shop rate hourly at 35 an hour. For your second year it's your annual pay (from last year divided by 52). So this year my vacation pay is at over 70 an hour X 80 hours.
It's a good company. They just let you put in work. Anyone interested needs to keep their driving record very clean. Also they do an extensive background check.

Pay in hours on whats called a standard and mileage pay. They stopped offering pensions in 2015 before they sold to messer and prax air but when I was there they paid a 50k pension after 3yrs 75k after 10 years and 100k after 20rs. I tell everyone if you can get on get it, you'll want to quit after a couple of weeks but stay as long as you can. It's worth it!

Everything they haul is military, medical, beverage and food grade products. One lvl 1 clearance badge to deliver @ 1 bomb plant is 10k annually for one driver. No owner opp will want to go through the trouble of wanting to follow gov standards on that level. Even million dollar outsource carriers don't want that smoke.

Funny, the company I drove for installed those cameras before I retired. They essentially allowed you to get caught on the phone once, and you would be suspended for a week. They had so many damn drivers still getting caught they couldn't even suspend them right away or we would have been too short handed. They had to schedule their suspension! They finally gave up and said they would start firing first time offenders. We still had guys getting caught and fired! Losing 100K plus jobs over a stinking phone call. Our company even basically said, "WTF? We don't have issues with you occasionally pulling over to make or return a call, or make a call at your next stop." Some guys just can't give yp that call!

Being working at Linde during the merger almost 3 years at the branch on Cudahy. I wouldn't recommend the the class B though. I'm at 29 dollars and some change now. They are following you on chocking and putting out cones. Not a big deal, but you're constantly overloaded. They want you to work quick and want reasons if you don't finish quickly. Drivers constantly quit. I'll be gone in about a month.
