Now that it almost one year are you still using it and any issues.. I have a chance to get this model 9570 as a sale item (new) with 4k screen at a good price. However I wonder if I should spend more and go for the 9590 (2019 model). is the keyboard holding up and is any underside heating issues. (I like to use it on my lap in bed or on the sofa)
i have heard may thermal issues regarding this laptop. are they real? they are saying that it gets really hot in sleep mode. should i buy this laptop or go with surface laptop 3 I'm in a big dialemma help me

No I havent but usually updates can correct that at times. I have heard of people having these problems. Buy from legitimate source and exchange if you hear it.

It’s not a bad idea for the long run. Regular Dell warranty really covers nothi.

It's a personal problem with the machine, not the problem in it. That's how its design works.
