You are not alone Fiona! I just had my 4th baby 3 weeks ago. I had a loss before this last pregnancy so I really relate to those feelings you described. For me, the worry did lessen the further the pregnancy progressed and I able to enjoy it. I hope you experience the same.

Wow, that made me a bit emotional too. I am so sorry for your loss and that you had to worry so much. Hope your second and third trimesters will be much less worrisome. ❤️

Thanks Coral 💖 Yes a short pregnancy yoga sequence would be a lovely one to share. Hope you and your baba are well. 🥰

You look beautiful, Fiona. Gorgeous bump. Pregnancy after a loss is so different, sadly for me I lost my first pregnancy and then two more so every first trimester on all of my kids was pretty horrendous. I definitely relaxed more after the 20 week mark, when movements were strong and regular and I'd had the anatomy scan. I don't think it's ever the same though, once you've experienced a bad outcome it changes you. ❤️❤️

Oh Melanie, I’m so sorry for your losses. I can only imagine the worry during your pregnancies! Yes, I’m really looking forward to the anatomy scan now and for more movements. It is completely different alright…. ❤️
