Such a freaking phenomenal question, Maxx! When someone is handling your money, where it goes, how you’re able to/not able to access it, you rightfully so, want to know what THEIR bank accounts look like, how much money THEY have, & can you trust them with YOURS!
Not only that- when you feel as though you have the cheat codes for something, especially when you know it could greatly benefit your closest friends, who are more like family- you want them to win, too! You want to share everything that you know, making their life easier, by skipping over all of the struggles/mistakes you’ve made in the process.
You’re a damn good friend! Everyone needs a Maxx in their life.

I think, subconsciously, having watched both CG and Le Potato over the years, it massively helped my mentality to not only the gym and importance of putting the body first. But also the drive that you can do more with your day and life. Would saying you guys directly inspired me to start my own businesses be true? I don’t know. But consuming both your content over the decade has always been a force for good and positivity. Even enjoying your shared friendship goes a v long way.

Hey Maxx! Great episode - I always enjoy listening to you chat with friends, family, and others. The last couple of minutes of this episode regarding men who don't care to go to the gym - I truly think a lot of it has to do with how people are raised, the environment they currently live in, and just simply their mindset is not focused on health/longevity. The same can go for women...I don't think it's that people don't care, but the habit just isn't there quite yet. I think fitness and health can ebb and flow just like with anything else in life too.

Worst thing you can do with credit card points is get cashback. The best way to maximize it is to transfer it to partnered airlines and hotels. You can easily get 1.5 to 2 times the value of the points that way. Plan it well and you can get first class tickets worth $10k+ for a fraction of the value compared to cash.

My son is 7 and tells me he wants to be on CZcams. That’s just where we are.
goldmans high net worth team is usually folks who have traded the markets in Asset MGMT and Hedge Funds, these guys are the real deal. For reference, trading short term is 100000x more difficult than Wealth MGMT (30 years out, for retirement) which is why they are elite.
When they get older and want a little bit of life balance they switch from AM + HF to -----> Wealth, so Christian is in great hands and totally worth the 1% fee. Convenience, exposure to alternate investments like commercial real estate, private equity, + commodities, more in depth bonds, and more importantly how to balance the portfolio. Ex Asset mgmt Hedge fund folks analyze companies in a much more granular deeper scale

Always an interesting listen. With the abundant Chrome Hearts font usage it does kinda feel like Alphalete is chasing the trends rather than setting them. Christian should look for some inspiration from 80s horror movies and bring back crop tops for men 🤭
