I just finished 12 masks with stainless steel jump rings, I ordered them from Amazon. The masks came out very well, the adjustable fit works perfectly. I knotted the elastic ends before sewing them inside the mask to keep it from pulling away from the seam, used the Stevadore knot to finish, and a burned the ends of the elastic to stop the fray. So happy with this method, thanks again Miko!

Thank you so much. Jump rings seems like the most comfortable way to wear on your ears. I just so happen to have some. 🙏🏾😊

Thank you so much for that demo. I have been trying to figure out how to make it adjustable without having to learn knots that I can't seam to master by demo's.

Arigato Mikoya! How did you finish the mask ends after sewing the elastic? It looks like you added a strip of binding fabric? Love the jump ring idea. Thank you for sharing :)

Thank you so much Miko, arigato, definitely going to try this. I have a ton of jewelry supplies left. Would you have a pattern for the mask you are using.?

My friend used fabric and beads and it worked for her. I shared the picture she sent to me on my Facebook page. Please take a look.

What size jump rings do you use?

Thank you for watching my video!
For 5 mm (3/16") wide braided elastic I use 6 mm jump rings. For 6 mm (1/4") wide braided elastic I use 7 mm jump rings.
