I love how much Women power Kdramas have it doesn’t even feel forced or like they have to because of what people might think.

Usually they put in forced badass dialogues in western movies to make a movie feminist and stuff, but in kdramas it's more realistic, and the best part is that while in western movies they often make the girl seem like a tomboy or boyish girl in order to be empowering (which makes it seem like as if a girl should act like a man to be empowering) in kdramas the girls are hella feminine and girlish but also super strong and empowering, which is what we need to be taught, that women, girly or not are empowering as they are! That we don't need to hate pink and dresses to be strong💖

As much as I adore the romance my absolute favourite thing in kdramas is powerful women. They are amazing. It absolutely breaks my heart in a drama when women are portrayed as hopeless without men.
Yes, all the characters in my favorite dramas are very strong. Physically strong like Do bong soon or kim bok joo or mentally strong like Ha Moon soo in Just Between Lovers. Idk why people love stereotyping that kdrama heroines are weak or too dependent on men, because I have gained more inspiration from kdrama heroines than from any other.

She’s very brave and doesn’t follow the norms. Plus she’s a legendary Chinese figure and her story has been told over hundreds of years. Whether or not it real, the story of Mulan is a powerful one. Even though is just a movie & legend, as a child it taught me that women can be heroes & save themselves and those around them, not just princesses waiting for someone to save them.

you should rather learn fighting moves and technices rather selfdefence, most selfdefense courses are filled with rubbish and they don't train you for worst cases. it makes more sense to just learn a bit out of everything and moves that you really can use not those fancy looking ones out of movies.

@@tintin5622 more like Boxing, movement possitions(positions that give you a steady stand and help you do good hits and dodgeing) maybe some high kicks or kicks in total, you also should try to get an eye for enemy movements and dodgeing so you don't get those hits. Maybe some training to the legs to make a swift leave if the situation goes too hot(for super worst situations) and always try to find your strengthens and weaknesess so you can work out what might slow you down in a fighting situation. Fancy movie/fightstyle moves won't work like in movies.The thing is I had back in my kid times a fair share of fights and thats how I got used to analyse my opponent and work in seconds out how I defense or make my move and how I dodge.When seeing someone fight I could help him better, but hope I could help with my little words here.Start slow and work your way up!
@@tintin5622 also you should try to do some training against weapons and with weapons, like a wooden sword and an airsoftgun would help getting the feeling and handeling done.
Although queens with attitude problems are a dealbreaker for me... let's see how you turn out... if you go with that liberal arts confidence without proving shit, then sorry.. it is the Highway for me, but if you can prove it not spew it then i am hooked
