SO UNDER-VIEWED, SO UNDER-LIKED. IT DOES NOT GET MUCH BETTER THAN THIS. CANADIAN MUSIC IS SO BEAUTIFUL.
I wish the acceptance speeches they made upon being inducted to the Canadian Music Hall of Fame were included in this video or another video. Would have been nice to hear what Jim and Greg said on this auspicious occasion.
NIce to see Sarah singing with the band again. She has been friends with the band for decades.
Blue Rodeo probably has collaborated with more Canadian artists than anyone I can think of. Some have fine careers in Canada, some have bigger international success.
Blue Rodeo continues to fill concert venues across Canada right up to March 2020. Can't wait to see them play live again. And see what friends they tour with this time.
WOW what harmonization!!! I always thought Cuddy and Keelor together were amazing BUT add Sarah in, WOW!
I'm from the US, but I swear this song should be the Canadian National Anthem
Surprise, it is!
Perfect song in this pandemic.🖤🤩👍
Canada has faults like any nation but I am a happy Cree man listening to this
Absolutely stunning. Blue Rodeo are virtually unknown here in the US, and play to half-full houses. I will never understand why.
It's pretty simple from where I sit. Americans just don't seem to understand Canadian music. It's too human.
***** A friend was in a band that had a hit in Canada. An American A&R man offered to break them in the US but told them they would have to dumb down their music.
America’s loss. Blue Rodeo is incredible.
I JUST discovered this band when someone suggested I listen to Fallin' Down Blue. New U.S. fan here.
Yet back in the 80s Blue Rodeo was on the cover of Rolling Stone magazine with the caption 'The next great American band is Canadian'!"
What a thing of beauty musically...sure proud of our Canadian musicians!
Glenn drumming in a suit is great.
Goose bumps
Love the way they dress. Nothing to take away from their great performance!
I'm not a fan of country music, but this song it's amazing!!!
One of The best, and with Ms. McLachlan singing, became a choir of angels.
I've loved Blue Rodeo since their first song way back when,, the lyrics speak to me! Now finally I can tell them. Back stage pass here I come, this weekend
.Welland, Ontario.
Beautiful song..2020💚🍃
such a beautiful song ,,, memories ..
Agreed Jeff. I remember going to a small club near Harrisburg Pa back in the late '80s and there was maybe 50 people there. I loved it, but felt bad for the guys.
This song gets me everytime. Unbelievable and magical. The joy in this spectacular performance is tangible and moves me to tears. Its so wonderful.
Incredible.
Yous all sound great even still. Perfect combo.
Beautiful , just beautiful . Love Sarah
Absolutely the best. A lifetime of listening. Thank you!
Wonderful!

Amazing wow !!!
Gorgeous.
Nice
Awesome
Sarah has a weird face.... I've never seen anything like it before. What I mean is.... the longer I stare the more beautiful she gets..... wow she's even hot. Still to this day. I love it. And yes... she's an amazing singer and so is Blue Rodeo. I always will love this song.... forever and ever. Thank you Blue Rodeo and God Bless always. From Winnipeg (Jason Monaghan) Sarah.... I saw her video for the first time in high school and was in love then.... she was still dam good looking then yes... eat your heart out good-looking.... Endearment song I believe. Lived that voice since day one and told a buddy I may not know much about music like you... but this chick is going somewhere forsure. And you could tell she was Canadian cuz of that voice and band.... Canadian Rock kicks ass rite
Sarah added a quality of voice this Barbara
So much controlled by so few, stumbling from one disaster to another.
*Love*
Jim Cuddy aged well
Sarah is one fine lady
Excellent video.
Either I wage better with time, or they do. Or is it ' rage'?!
Amazing - but I can’t help but notice the lack of camera attention on Sarah ...
Not enough "likes" available for this.
I love this song , not this performance
uh nenomolina its not country blue rodeo is canadiana of the highest order. check out "lost together" album definitely not country.
Wrong key Sarah
seriously
wrong key for Sarah
Difficult. I thought her harmonies were incredible. As for the lead vocal, I've heard several women sing it and none have really pulled it off. I thought Sarah did okay, she has a spectacular range, but the high vocal always sounds wrong. In fairness I thought Jim Cuddy sounded a bit odd singing the second verse. It's a Greg Keelor song and no-one really captures the essence of it but him. I think you're right, I just don't know how it could be changed unless Greg and Jim stood back.
😊
Sorry to say this but Sarah is a very talented singer but this song does not suit her voice at all.
headings50 agree
headings50 Sarah was an adopted child. Greg Keelor was an adopted child. I am sure the words expressed in this song are incredibly emotional to both of them.
headings50 Spare me of your ridiculous comment , any music in this world is perfect in the voice of Sarah Mclachlan , it has the most beautiful voice of this planet. Apparently you should be jealous of her because for sure you do not hold a candle to her singing
+James Walker Could be the connection
+Gabriel dos Anjos I went back and watched the the video again after your unprovoked attack on me, whether i am a singer or not has no bearing on my opinion of the performance, as I said this song does not suit her, however if you bothered to read my original comment I do think she is a talented singer, and if you knew anything about singing you would know not every singer can sing every song. I also stand by my original assessment.
Sarah was terrible. This is a great song and band
Nope. Sarah voice didn't gel with this song.
Sarah ruined this.
