@@1Rod1ReelFishing there was a huge sewage leak into the James earlier this summer too. They were advising people not to swim or fish it for awhile but it got straightened out

Ive been catching a ton of fish lately on those Yozuri Pencils. My walmart had them on clearance for $2.50 so I bought 10. They work amazing on my local lake.

That’s awesome! Crabs in fast moving water!? I’ve always heard that downstream from Richmond, the James is full of 💩. I’d be hesitant to eat anything, especially filter feeders, from the James Rivers

Yo, what do you guys to avoid ticks? I’m from Oregon but I just moved to Maryland and I went through some bushes and got covered in the smallest ticks of ever seen. I had to go home and rub isopropyl alcohol on most of my body to kill them all cause they were so small I was having a hard time finding them. I buzzed my head and everything lol. Haven’t been Back to that spot since but it sucks cause I was seeing some good size snakehead swimming around
I wear ranger ready anti tick spray and shower every time after a session
