Just had this advertised to me so thought I would check out a review, thanks for your efforts :)
The original is from Pleshy, who have a patent on the LED in their product. What you bought is a cheaper competitor that basically ripped Pleshy off, and dont have the patent on the LED. The Pleshy one I understand is much more brighter and HD
ive gone out my way to find the original but i just cant - its nowhere ... so its kinda on them too i'd say

I bought one of these today. (not as sickening as yours, but a knockoff version of an astronaut holding a star).
Damn! I was so stunned to see it fill up my entire bedroom! I'm sure this projector releases serotonin because I've been smiling like a loon ever since I've installed it. Yours is slightly more intense than mine, but lucky for me, I prefer mine as it's just a tad more chilled on the eyeballs! Talking of which, them lazer stars are well harsh on the eyes if you look directly in them, I was showing my kid how the views change when you spin the head around, and I accidently shown the lazers in their eyes, and they nearly fell to the floor on their kness! (Bad Mummy!) 😂 This is far by my best purchase of the year!

I have two of them! and wow, you are so cute!
quick tip you can turn stars off by holding 1st button on the back of the little guy...and to turn them back on press 2nd button on back
No need to use buttons on the back,it can be done off the remote.

How can you keep the stars on all the time?? Mine goes from really bright to not bright at all and no stars in minutes.

I just ordered one. Something I haven't been able to find anywhere is what is the size of the galaxy in proportion to the distance of the wall or ceiling you're projecting to? For example, if you have the projector about 3 meters (approx 10 ft) away, how large will the galaxy be on the wall or ceiling? Sorry if my question is too complicated, but I'm trying to use it on my streams and I'm trying to figure out what the best placement would be. Either way, thanks for the review it was helpful.
Ahh that’s a tough question, i’d have to guess but i think the projector was about 6/7 ft away from the ceiling and it covered about a 7ft area of the ceiling, however with the laser on, the laser covered the whole room

My remote only works when I point it at his back
Nice review but there's one thing literally every single reviewer missed out on is that the remote doesnt work if the astronaut is facing towards you. Correct me if im wrong but the remote only works if the backpack is facing you directly

There's a more stable version of this where the astronaut is sitting down, there's also another version, a dog that has a Bluetooth speaker but the nebula is more like a wave

Is it silent? I tried another galaxy project and the white noise that it produce was pretty loud, it caused me headaches. 😢
ahh i can relate, iv had a lot of noisy projectors but i honestly don’t even notice with this one

Isn't it dangerous for the eyes of my kids?
i’m not sure to be honest, i have heard a few people say the laser is dangerous but you can turn that off so you just have the galaxy projection. i think as long as they don’t look directly into the laser it is fine and it should be pointing at the ceiling so that shouldn’t happen

The green laser causes CANCER, dont give cancer to your kids, its a horrible product and whoever is selling this deserves a life sentence in prison
I order the astronaut projector in the beginning of January for my boyfriend as its our 2 year anniversary together in feb from a different company on amazon and had to get a refund as the projector was smeary and been reading the reviews didn't no what company to go for but even though some reviews from the company you tagged it in was bad I just ordered it fingers cross thanks for up loading this

Ok fine, but something important she didn't mention (maybe she don't have yet children) is the laser class 3 that can harm your children eyes if they stare the laser beam. So, parents, be careful !

heres the prob!the green laser is extremley sensitive and if something gets stuck inside and taken out the stars will come out blurry!does any1 know how to fix it?

This thing sucks ! All the stars are in a linear format, and they're way way too bright. Real stars are dim, and they are unevenly placed in a random order...just like in the universe
