Try Crete Carriers or get your hazmat and tanker and try local work you'll make more money.

Find a local waste management company or haul fuel, thats where i made the most money and good benefits. Well over 100k hauling fuel you should look into it.

Idk why or how guy do OTR when you could to drive for an LTL company...I came to LTL 9 years from OTR i make WAY MORE MONEY and I'm home daily and off weekends...Our first year guy are making 90k with only 6 months experience..Lots of benefits and vacation and paid holidays...I been here 9 years and make 2580.00 a week 12 hrs a day..But home daily off weekends, best move i ever made leaving OTR and coming to LTL...We start at 70 CPM and we only require 6 months experience and our local P&D drivers start at $34 an hr. Think a bout making the move my guy.

Mechanics at the terminals are young guys just out diesel school pretending to be seasoned mechanics really dont know what there doing they have women being shop managers instead of older experienced mechanic to float around over see workers.all mega carriers are like what you say .pay is like 18 hours for mechanic other reason problems
