@itsiveoma you are doing so great since I came across your channel it been so lovely.
Both of you ladies never grew up in Nigeria...Demi samande is British while itsi veoma is American I can understand your accent
Let's raise money to start a first class technology institute that will produce grade 1 technicians, machinist, engineers and engineering managers. Who is with me?✋
second that brother. I will wholeheartedly contribute to that.
Drop ur WhatsApp #
Send me tex on whatsaap. 3212080734 let see what we could explore
Oh yes, I'm down...
Trained farm managers and agricultural experts as well. If you are starting a business, you have to train your staff from the ground up. Our higher institutions are not training the workers that can hit the ground running
This is the kind of mindset you need to succeed in Africa n not the whining whiny people.
I am a african American i respect this young lady we need more like her in the world Nigerian women are so so smart
These are returnees with positive mind set towards Nigeria and not spoil brat who failed get the attention they seek and come screaming on youtubs.
😂🤣😂
Hmmmm...no lie my brother. No lie
Lmao 😂 🤣🤣🤣 well said
mr Mike those are fools very spoilt brats watched some lots wailing 😭 n so annoying too
😂 😂 😂 😂
Hearing Demi say she never goes without paying her staff, is so good to hear. Many employees take advantage of their staff even when times are good. Your blessings come from just being fair with others!
So true @ blessings! I was very happy to hear that too!! The things I have seen here since I moved back, people aren’t paying staff for months at a time.
I think the mentality is a bit different if the employer is a native coming from the west because you place more value in your employees and the fact that they deserve appropriate pay for their services. But sometimes some employees could also be a problem. I once hired an assistant who I was paying N90k/month with another corper earning N45k/month. Once I traveled to the US to see my family for few weeks, and by the time I returned this individual has hijacked the company clients, stole the proprietary data, and then put in a resignation letter.
"Struggling to survive first before they can worry about striving" powerful statement
The Key phrase is "imagine if there were thousands of us" powerful
Amazing furniture, looks like something you find in the attorney's office. Fellas these are the types of ladies we need to holla at, ladies with brains that we can put resources together for a great future.
That woman is so gorgeous 😍I loved this interview so much
Demi is lovely inside and out 😊
Amazing Nigerian Lady. A lot of people think am also crazy for wanting to go back to Nigeria. Indeed the Nigerian markets need fabricators and engineers in all sectors. Nigeria will be great
I love the way Africans are standing up...creating jobs for ourselves
Itsovieoma thank you for showcasing someone like her. It’s very important for those of us in the diaspora, especially entrepreneur like her. She very inspiring and highly focus. Those Chesterfield chairs are very expensive in England. Her design is top notched. It’s people like her we need in Africa. She has really inspired and now determined to bring my knowledge to motherland. By the way, her beauty is imbedded with intelligence. Please show case people like her more. ❤️❤️❤️❤️👍🏼
This is an amazingly highly intelligent educated woman whom I hope quickly becomes the Nigerian minister for Business Development and Industrial Strategy.
She absolutely has the vision and total clarity around the challenges to be resolved and approach to real regional and national implementation.
These are the types of individuals who should be running the Machinery of Nigerian Government and at the very least advise the "Sleeping Beauties" currently at the steering wheel.
If someone could let me know where I can buy that beautiful green/ white outfit too 🙂
Very informative and encouraging... I can't wait to visit Nigeria in 2021... I'm ready to permanently relocate today!!!
Literally Demi inspired me in my relocation so I understand LOL
you are welcome home sister.

I cant wait to move to Abuja Nigeria!!
Nigerians are the smartest people nin the world
We need more smart innovative Africans like this that bring value back to the Nigeria and the continent
God bless you both. I fee like a proud mother. May God continue to bless all your undertakings. Thank you for encouraging our youths. These are the examples some of our youths should be emulating instead of wanting to be overnight billionaires by committing heinous crimes or engaging in fraudulent activities. More grease to your elbows Demi.
As someone who is an expert in furniture making and leather crafts, I’d love to see you go into supplying since this is an issue but also a HUGE opportunity
Wow, this is so insightful and informative. Your guest knows her onion. Nigeria future manufacturers.
Great job
God i love this woman. This conversation melted my Heart ❤️. Highly educated woman. She is the kind of returnee i want to associate with.. I am her super Fan.

well done Iveoma, you nailed this video as usual. I am very happy having people like you and many others who are encouraging us to come home. Thank you so much💪
*that Enugu based CZcamsr* says I enjoyed this interview/chit chat. It inspired me in some certain kind of way, really!
I love that people are also looking into different industries, that aren't really mainstream.
I like it!!
Thanks for bringing this on board!
I am a big fan of Nigerians you got to want nigeria to win and you got to want to make Africa win
I think also understanding the differences between the 'limitations of the market' and the differences between the market you're use to and the market you're trying to enter, and recalibrating what your norms are in some instances because, for example, different wood isn't a limitation. I'd say in the UK you have alot of engineered and pretend wood, in Nigeria you'll have real wood you just need to learn what type it is and whether it is suitable for your needs. Great interview, I loved Demi.
Well done @ iveoma for showcasing the endless opportunities that abound in Nigeria that awaits Nigerians both in diaspora and at home to plunder. For some reasons Nigerians in diaspora have been very tentative to take full grasp of these opportunities, while those in Nigeria want to run abroad at the slightest chance. The discerning foreigners who know what's in Nigeria are streaming in to take up these opportunities (Chinese, Indians, Lebanese, etc..)without making too much noise. You see them anytime you are on the plane coming back home. With the number of views you have garnered For this video over just a few days shows diasporans are really interested and keen about coming back to take up these opportunities. I suggest you fo more videos showcasing diaspora Nigerians bucking the negative narrative surrounding Nigeria and building successful businesses. Keep it up,we want more of this inspiring videos.

Very interlligent conversation, very outspoken and inspiring too. Such a beautiful strong lady!! Finally, I don't see twerking, demeaning behavior or explicit sexualized conversation like you see on most channels for views. Straight to the point, business oriented, opportunities, solutions and creative thinking. I don't know how you do it, but you simply the best, Iveoma!! Kudos to all strong women out there getting their hands dirty and doing the hard work.. Love you Iveoma..😊😍🇳🇬✌👍🍾🥳

Great Interview and guest❤️❤️❤️❤️
❣️ I agree!
Great content, those chesterfield recliners are my favs, got them in my office, livingrooms, etc. Wouldn't mind partnering with this lady, she's so smart, a true alpha female. 💪 I could have easily bought her product (Nigeria made) instead of buying a Henredon brand that probably cost 5 times as much.
You guys are awesome!! 💜
