The 12 set is perfect but the 72 has way too many grays and greens, and not enough reds and pinks... other than that, great video 💚

Thera always a lot of blues and greens in marker sets I would suggest ohuhu 80 pack only around 50 dollars for 80 markers and I have it gives you enough money f every color or touchnew 40 but that doesn’t have purple

I use a bunch of bright blues and greens, with really dark colors for contrast lol. I draw a lot of cyberpunk aesthetic scenes and characters :P

First thing I thought when seeing you open it: Where are the oranges and purples? Transition tones fatality.

Wow, I can’t believe how well most of those match the caps! Brilliant job, Croma! And I love that case. They really seem to have gotten these markers right. The only thing... do the caps fit on the other side? It doesn’t bug me too bad when they don’t, but I know some people are really big on that.
TaraBoo Art ARMY for real, they did really good with matching the cap, and same here I’m kinda used to the cap not fitting (because if copic).
The color numbers seemed to make sense like the Copic ones the first one seemed to be tone and the second one intensity hence why an 18 would be darker than 27 cause it’s more intense

Beth bootyman a little tip if you don’t have skin color 😊: add some light shadows with pink on face, body etc it helped me at least-

The reason that there weren't many light colors is because of the 72 set she bought. There are three 72 marker sets. A, B, and C. B has the lightest and more pastel colors while A and C have more midtone and darker shades of colors. If you yourself want to buy these markers but have them be more pastel, but the 72B set of croma brush tip markers :)

I’m so glad you do the review of these markers! I have the whole set of these marker (total 216 colores) they are quite nice markers. The ink is nice, and can blend well. The only issue for me is the brush just a little bit hard. ☺️but that’s just ok.

The biggest reason why i dont really trust cheaper brush markers is cuz the tips always fray quickly on me. Wondering if these will. If they dont then I honestly HAVE to get these 😮

I really wish the smaller skin tone set came with some of the darker browns from the 72 set
And the color coding isn’t random
Letters color family; first digit change in hue/ or saturation; 2nd number change in brightness. Hope this helps

Thanks for reviewing these markers, I saw them in a couple of places online but I didn't see anyone on YT review them yet. I love the actual structure of the markers and the bag it came with, but their color selection in the 72 count set is awful and turned me off immediately. The 12 count skin tone set is great though, and they seem to color well, so I probably will consider supplementing my own collection with some open stock Croma markers, especially since they have a lot of colors that are similar to Copic-exclusive colors. Hope you can review Shinhan Touch Markers or Winsor and Newton Promarkers!

I think the number system is kinda sorta trying to copy copics and also was there a single Orange in the whole 72 set? Whoa, I mean I'm not gonna cry over a lack of orange because I don't really use orange much but no orange at all in a 72 count set?? Wow. Either way, Great video! Im glad you included so many different drawings. The 12 pack of markers looks pretty worth it if you need skin tones. I'd love if you compared these to the ohuhu brush markers or copics!

How are the brush nibs? do they fray? Are they spongy. How do they compare to Copics or Ohuhu?. I got a big set of master markers and the nibs are too soft and not firm.

it kinda looks like they numbered it while also separating the warm blues from the cool blues, warm reds, from cool reds. which is why it might seem odd that it’ll go from a light cool blue to a then darker warm blue

I got some touch new markers... I'm sad because 90% of the brown tones are the same shade of greenish brown.. so are there any markers that either sell individual colors or packs of different shades of one color?
From AliExpress (like wish but cheaper) you even get the Touch New / Five ones individual.
You can also try the new Arteza Skin tone set or Prismacolor, Winsor and Newton or Moritz & Moritz . They all have a pretty neat skin tone set.
Nicole Lamerson the browns in this set looks really good good, but they are not sold separately.
