Fortune is estimated at $150 - $350 million, & by Florida law the marriage assets are split 50/50 between the spouses. He's a (d**k) for offering her $20 million, & in the end she'll likely get more as a widow via probate than she would've as an ex-wife via divorce. Even at 50/50 that is a lot of money still for him and at the age of 67 with connections, a chance to make a lot more money after the final settlement. I am glad that she (Tatiana) is going to get her due after all she put her through after they decided to seek a divorce. (They married in 1992 and have 2 children together out of a total of four)
Now that he is passed away is his wife entitled to get that amount 50/50? So each state has different laws on divorce?
@@mariorico440 Without a will, as a heir, she still takes under the Elective Share which is half if the husband made his riches while married. She will probably get everything because there are kids alive. (I am not a lawyer)
