    Hello Victor. Looks like a delicious, must try recipe. I wonder how it would taste with chicken. Didn't know that the seed of the sichuan pepper caused the sandy after taste. Good to know.

      @Vinay Jathana...not too sure about chicken. But, I have tried pork and fish and they both work very well in the recipe. Let me know if chicken works for you, if you do make it. Cheers, Victor
