ADHD medication update & room tour!

OMG what a few days it's been tidying to get 'house sale photo' ready!
I have way too much stuff because of my hobbies and want to be organised!
My #ADHDMedication is not working like it did first time around so what the feck is going on?
Is it stress, the heat, hormones, etc? I'd love to know your thoughts and please share with others if you think they can help.
