    Spot on! Body cams are a must. Juries need to watch what happens. Her Lawyer would have her plead guilty.

      And it comes in handy when she tries to make a General Liability injury claims for assault for her pinky. A jury would dismiss it immediately and the court would make her pay for legal fees.

      @lysem4392 Před měsícem +1

      Her lawyer won't be able to get a word in edgewise. She will have the need, the irresistible compulsion to argue with that poor sap to "prove" she knows the law better than anybody who ever breathed. Also that she is a victim. And that she's smarter than any cop on the face of the planet.
      It must be exhausting to try so hard every minute of her life to feel that she must come out on top.

    I’m 65 year old ww and I always have put my hands on the wheel with the window open wallet on my seat when pulled over. My older brother was a cop and it was drilled into me , be ready ,be civil,don’t lie . That has been excellent advice especially when I was a young idiot, she is definitely high because that was begging to be arrested

    @lysem4392 Před měsícem +6

    Some people just get off on arguing. I don't even think it's about avoiding consequences, because I suspect they don't even see that far; it's about what they perceive as "winning", or in other words proving to themselves they are smarter than the cops.
    I doubt this woman is sober, but on the other hand I don't doubt at all she is like this whether sober or drunk.
    Edit: I wrote this before I was finished watching. I see Polo and I are of the same mind when it comes to "winning".
    Even if this woman were to watch this video and all the comments here and from the original post, she will never see herself as anything other than she being smarter than the cops.
    We, on the other hand, see an obnoxious law-breaker making herself ridiculous for all the world to see, finally confined to a jail cell in her beige union suit.

    OMG she did everything she could to make it as bad as possible. The police do their best; knowing their actions are being recorded on their cams is probably a factor. I loved when they closed the door when she was talking. That continual talking is obviously her go-to behavior along with crying, screaming, and insisting she’s injured. It seems like many people who resist LE have a similar pattern. What’s missing is threatening LE with some powerful person who will sue them.

    All I can say is thank goodness she actually got some of the GOOD guys pulling her over! It could've been so much worse and her attitude and demeanor almost makes it seem like that was what she was hoping for. I'm a mess when I get pulled over! I can't handle thinking I did something wrong so it blows my mind seeing people act up like this with no care about their words and actions! Thanks for sharing your views and thoughts, Polo! ❤

    This is her ritual behavior. She is a master at this. Well aware of what she was doing. The police officers were very patient with her. Thankfully. After working for the DCF, she is a typical case. I was good to hear her state that she was: 'stubborn'.

    I remember seeing a black parent in a discussion during the BLM heyday saying 'We have to tell our kids to make sure your hands are on the wheel so you don't get shot at a traffic stop. Whites don't have that problem.' Now, hold it right there. Nobody is whiter than my family. Hands on the wheel when cops pull you over was something my father taught all of us. Me back in 1972. He said, cops have a tough job and carry a gun. No point in making them nervous. I've told all of my kids that.
    I drove with a suspended license for two years and didn't know it was suspended! I didn't have proof of insurance on me (my fault) at a traffic stop. That was the only ticket I got. I called my agent the next day and she told me she would put it in the mail for the court. I should have verified, lesson learned. I found out it was suspended because the main office sent me a notice on the suspended license,

    There are a lot of officers who go about their business like this, with respect and patience for the people they pull over. In fact, that is most of them. My main problem with policing in America today, is that when a cop is a bad actor, the police unions and the system offer them too much cover.
