Right on Mark, I am not a healer but have been a questing for a very long time. Over the past 2 years my long time friends have turned so nasty out of nowhere. It is as if I have woken up and can now clearly see them for who they really are. Very disturbing.
You're right when you are in the company of others who feed from our love and kindness. Keeping strong isn't easy but I found I became stronger and believed in myself not to hand my power over. I am more valuable and I will try to protect myself. After being snarled at and taken for granted on a regular basis it was time to go. There are no shortage of horrible people out there but I now understand more about not allowing these dark energies to overwhelm me. It's tough to deal with but I now have peace and calm back in my life. Grateful for what I've learnt but time to move on. Mark, you have taught me so much, saging, paulo santo sticks, mugwort etc. I'm able to recognise the BS more now. Thanks so much to you!
Yeah… same here, even the post office. Opposite: if they aren’t awful and mean with toothy grins.. a person will be unusually friendly and talkative and open , extra human. Like the guy in the grocery store yesterday.

Mark, this is getting so weird now! Literally every time something happens in my life or i am thinking about something you always end up talking about it that day or the day after. I'm really believing in the collective consciousness now! Because im seeing it with my own eyes. I honestly believe we can manifest. I haven't managed to financially manifest yet. But spirituality I'm learning more every day and things i thought i knew are being proved to me as truth. The truth is coming to me fast now. I really need to work on meditation etc as i do sit there and try and breathe but i keep getting distracted now. Especially by the mobile phone and CZcams.
“No knee jerk reaction”, I used to be at that level for basic and a little worse troubling things. People had trouble accepting that I really wasn’t upset at someone or something, but I wasn’t. Was able to observe and get what was happening and what they were and what was happening. However, over the past couple decades intensity has been way too much, and from or in multiple ways at once from multiple sides on multiple levels, so I did what I will call a regress, going backwards and also down some levels, for lack of another way to describe it. Was very protected somehow in this so I am thankful, but it has been overwhelming at the same time. I think I will be okay now, though it has been extraordinarily bizarre. Nastiness has become almost fashionable and I guess we can all be nasty in the heat of the moment. Saying that, one can also see that as much as nastiness has grown, sensitivity has also, people simply take offense to difference of opinion, it doesn't excuse downright nastiness though.
I need thos I GET STUCK for sooo long in my head when I've been attacked ,,, by strangers and close its a constant at randomly and last yrs my peace and calm gose 0 to 100 and im in mouth combat mode so im haveing to RELAEARN for me xx
