I've just got back into fountain pens and ink. I've just bought myself a book to do exactly the same as this. May I ask why you initially used a cotton but then changed to a pipette?
Yay to diving back in to all things fountain pen!!! I think I must have cut my explanation out of the video by mistake. 🤦🏻♀️ I was finding that the cotton swab didn’t show the ink properties, especially shading, as much as I wanted and also uses up more ink than the dropper method. Totally personal preference though!
