Grape Ice wins hands-down. I love purple & this is really lovely. Cold Dew is so unusual.

New hope crown is gorgeous!!!! My God i was eyeing that one but I just made my order! T_T guess I'll make a second larger order. The resurrection looks like sailor Manyo koke.
I'll have to compare those two - Resurrection and Sailor Manyo Koke.

@@JustScribble It's ok! I'll get the full bottle at Penchalet :D it's sold out anyways on Vanness. I also use Mirror mirror of Moraine in my Kaweco Iguana blue at the moment, and I love it. I feel like if I do get a full bottle of Hope crown though...I might be overlapping in ink since those two are so similar. It did seem that Hope crown was slightly more vibrant and bluer than Moraine, so I'll still get it!

I would love to see comparisons of FWP oyster hour to the inks in your collection you think are similar. & even some writing samples of FWP oyster hour too! Really interested in that ink but I just haven’t seen enough to make my decision yet 😭 I get so excited to watch your ink swatching videos, thank you!! 💙

Enjoyed the swatching but additional writing samples would be most useful because ink looks so different in actual writing. Even with a dip nib.
Thanks for watching. Yes the inks can look different written - depending on the ink and the nib you use. And I will be sharing writing samples of some of these inks (and others) in other videos and on IG too. But I’ve made note of your preference for future swatching videos as well.

It is so interesting that your swatch of FWP Algonquin Maple looks pinkish. I have that color and it was super red when I wrote with it. Have you tried it in a pen yet to see if it is more of the red color you were looking for?
I have not yet. But I’ll let you know when I do!
Fwp has the prettiest packaging, not only for inks, but for any product made! I can’t wait, they’re coming out with an ink bottle stand next month that I have to have. I’d like your thoughts on two things; what is the difference between white rabbit and lady rose, they look identical. And does Alice have as much glimmer as ang ang? What’s the difference with those two.
Definitely stellar packaging. That's very neat about the bottle stand. I don't have many of their inks - not my favorite brand of all time but I have a few.
So White Rabbit and Lady Rose are actually quite different in my opinion - white rabbit being more tan whereas Lady Rose is more mauve/pink. But I'll make a note to do a short/reel to compare!
When using it I didn't see the same amount of glimmer in Alice as EungAng but I also didn't realize it was a glistening ink so I didn't mix it up so that could be the culprit. I'll be sharing those in a reel/short soon too because I think they need to be showcased next to each other for a good comparison.

1/4” I’m fairly certain (I have a few) but I can double check and let you know for sure.
