I've bought a CH9350, which does the opposite: USB HID in (2 USB ports), and outputs keyb, mouse (and USB serial) to serial data. It still has to arrive.
Would you consider making a ch559 board? Dual USB Host on one chip.
Is there a universal, OS-independent way to send UTF-32 or UTF-8 through the CH9328 in raw mode? I have a COMPOSE key in my Arch Linux/Wayland/GNOME environment, but it relies on Wayland/pseudo-X11 support for actual mapping of keystrokes to Unicode code points, which would not work on Windows.
Don't tell anyone.... 😂
